Spend the money on a lawyer – one that specializes in real estate. It’s money well spent.

Not to scare you off, but here are some things that you probably require a lawyer to handle:

  • Company incorporation
  • Employment contracts
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Real Estate lease/acquisition agreement.
  • Zoning laws
  • Public liability
  • Eviction of a guest

Most of the list depends on specific local laws, and it isn’t easy to go into further detail.

But to reiterate – don’t Google, copy, and paste contracts and agreements – invest in a Legal Eagle.
